About Camden
Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today and we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind.

About the Role
We are thrilled to invite applications for an exciting new Learning Partner role within Adult Social Care. This is a unique and impactful opportunity to shape the future of learning across the service. As a Learning Partner embedded directly within the Adult Social Care directorate, you’ll be at the heart of our services, with direct insight into local learning needs, challenges, and opportunities. You’ll play a key role in helping us realise our ambition to become a true learning organisation. You’ll also stay closely connected with the wider Learning Community across the council—collaborating with colleagues in other directorates (e.g. Learning Partners who work directly in Children’s Social Care or Supporting Communities) and with the People and Inclusion team (Human Resources). We call this a federated model of working. As a Learning Partner in Adult Social Care, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the service meets all regulatory and compliance-related learning requirements. But your work won’t stop there. You’ll also identify and implement creative solutions to emerging learning needs and support staff engagement with broader corporate learning initiatives in collaboration with Corporate Learning colleagues. In your first year, you’ll work with others to carry out and analyse a service-wide learning needs analysis and establish a Learning and Development programme to address the findings.
