Join Camden's dynamic Legal Services team, playing a critical role in breaking down barriers while embracing a risk-aware approach. You will engage with senior officers and Members to provide high-quality legal services focused on social justice. Collaborate closely with various service directorates to ensure efficient delivery of Council priorities, managing a personal caseload that includes high-profile and complex cases. Become a trusted advisor, advocate, and problem solver contributing to Camden's vision of innovative, responsive legal solutions.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in at least one of the legal areas relevant to the team. Demonstrable knowledge of law and procedure in these areas and experience running simple legal cases. Skilled in drafting legal documents and reviewing client statements. Proficient IT skills, including use of case management systems.

Highly organized with the ability to manage competing demands effectively. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders. Proactive and creative mindset to help shape the future of legal services in Camden.

Qualifications
Relevant legal qualifications and experience appropriate to the role are expected to support your ability to deliver high-quality legal advice and case management.
