We are seeking a Network Engineer to contribute to the planning, designing, and optimization of all aspects of the network and security infrastructure within the company. The role involves managing routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, VPN, IPS/IDS, IP telephony solutions, video conferencing systems, and other network and security-related systems. You will perform product evaluation and testing, research emerging technologies, and provide top-tier troubleshooting support for the Network Operations team. You will assist in defining connectivity plans, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, and curate Network Management & Monitoring Systems to maintain optimal performance and security. Developing best-fit solutions with a focus on security, risk, and business continuity is a key part of this role.

Experience
Over 8 years of experience in all aspects of network and security infrastructure. Proven ability to provide 3rd level support and act as a mentor or trainer for other engineers. Experience managing complex issues with excellent analytical skills and decisiveness. Involvement in crisis management for high-priority incidents and service release readiness. Skilled in network design, security infrastructure, and service delivery with partners and technical stakeholders.

Autonomous and proactive with strong leadership capabilities. Ability to act as a project manager for delivering internal network solutions. A subject matter expert and go-to person for complex problems and challenges. Comfortable with self-travel and working collaboratively across global teams. Strong communication skills and a commitment to driving digital transformation and sustainability.

Qualifications
Solid knowledge of network and security systems including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, IPS/IDS, IP telephony, and video conferencing. Familiarity with cloud networking fundamentals. Experience with network management and monitoring tools. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute network strategies aligned with business goals.
