About the Role

We are seeking a Network Engineer to contribute to the planning, designing, and optimization of all aspects of the network and security infrastructure within the company. This role is key to driving and executing our digital transformation philosophy: “Everything Digital, Digital Everything.”

The successful candidate will be involved in network engineering support for IP telephony and video conferencing systems, as well as planning and deploying network and security systems including routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, VPN, IPS/IDS, and more. Responsibilities include product evaluation and testing, researching emerging technologies, providing top-tier troubleshooting support, and ensuring network monitoring systems are secure, updated, and performing optimally for mission-critical equipment. You will assist in developing best-fit solutions for the business with a strong focus on security, risk management, and business continuity.

Experience
Over 8 years of experience in all aspects of network and security infrastructure. Proven ability to provide 3rd level support and participate in crisis management for high-priority incidents. Experienced in network design, security infrastructure, and service delivery with partners and technical stakeholders. Skilled in cloud networking fundamentals and autonomous working, with mentoring and training capabilities for other engineers.

About you
Analytical and decisive with excellent problem-solving skills, able to handle complex issues consistently. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams. Self-motivated and able to travel as required. Comfortable acting as a key stakeholder in release readiness and project management for network solutions.

Qualifications
Subject Matter Expert in network engineering and security infrastructure. Experience acting as a project manager for delivering internal network solutions. Demonstrated ability to set clear goals and oversee timely execution of network-related projects.
