About the Role
Hyde London City marks the rebirth of a London icon, a lavish seven-storey, 111-room property located at 15 Old Bailey. This luxurious destination blends an elevated bohemian-chic aesthetic with a youthful, laidback ambience, centered around a festival vibe with music at its core. Leydi, our Modern Turkish restaurant, brings the all-day food culture of Istanbul to London with expertly-prepared mangal meat and fish, heritage grain wood-fired breads, low intervention wines, and a sophisticated yet fun atmosphere.
We are seeking a Marketing and F&B Reservations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising all marketing activities for Leydi London, while supporting Hyde London City. This hands-on, operational role involves both planning and execution to ensure campaigns launch on time, meet brand standards, and deliver measurable results.
Your key responsibilities will include owning and maintaining the marketing calendar, campaigns, and activations; executing monthly marketing plans aligned with business priorities; coordinating closely with operations for seamless implementation; managing PR agency communications and coverage opportunities; briefing and overseeing designers, photographers, and external suppliers; executing photoshoots, videoshoots, and content production; maintaining the website, listings, reservation, and delivery platforms; driving collaborations, partnerships, and visibility initiatives; tracking KPIs, marketing spend, and campaign performance; producing monthly performance and insight reports; managing social media pages for Leydi London and launching Hyde London City pages in 2027; and managing the reservations mailbox for Leydi London, ensuring large party and event bookings are confirmed.
Hyde London City is an equal opportunity employer committed to selecting, placing, training, and promoting the best qualified individuals based on ability, work quality, suitability, experience, and potential.
