The Marketing Manager will lead their team and support the Head of Marketing in delivering brand activations and marketing campaigns across the UK and EMEA. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver integrated 360 campaign activations that drive consumer engagement and maximise revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who sets high standards and acts as a role model for their direct reports.
Key responsibilities include driving franchise growth through two-year growth plans, developing marketing campaigns, collaborating across business functions to identify opportunities, and building strong partnerships with agents, retailers, and broadcasters. The role also involves leading B2B brand activation, monitoring franchise performance, staying informed on competitor activity and industry trends, supporting end-to-end campaign delivery, conducting post-campaign evaluations, and championing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
The Marketing Manager will foster a high-performing team environment through effective collaboration, line management, and proactive leadership.
Experience

Qualifications
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques is desirable but not required
- Experience leading teams managing delivery through agency resources is advantageous
- Understanding of the broadcasting industry is a plus
