About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maths Consultant to join our central team of subject specialists at the Harris Federation. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across a group of 51 primary and secondary academies in London and Essex, driving improvement and raising student attainment in Mathematics. You will work closely with the Mathematics Consultant Leader and be line managed by them, supporting schools through coaching, mentoring, sharing best practice, developing improvement strategies, assisting with recruitment and selection, and leading rapid recovery or new department establishment where needed. The role also offers scope to extend influence through the London Thames Maths Hub, supported by NCETM and the Department for Education. As part of the central team, you will work strategically with Principals and senior leadership teams to improve standards and outcomes for students. Experience
Experienced teacher with a track record of raising achievement within a department and management experience, ideally at middle leadership level such as Head of Department or as an aspirant Leading Practitioner.

Qualifications
