About the Role
We are seeking an experienced internal recruiter to join the established central Talent Acquisition Team at Harris Federation, the leading large Multi Academy Trust (MAT) in the country. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact across 54 academies in London by attracting and securing high calibre individuals who align with our values and ethos. You will lead recruitment for academy-based teaching and leadership positions, working closely with academy principals and central executive leadership to promote, attract, and recruit outstanding teachers and senior leaders.

Your responsibilities will include managing international recruitment efforts, including planning overseas trips to recruit Overseas Trained Teachers (OTTs) and supporting their relocation. You will embed best practice recruitment processes across academies and collaborate with HR colleagues and senior leaders. The role involves delivering a first-class customer experience to candidates and stakeholders, overseeing full-cycle recruitment from entry-level to senior leadership roles, and developing sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.

Experience
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a Multi Academy Trust HR or recruitment team, public sector, or not-for-profit environment. Experience recruiting teachers and senior leadership roles is essential. Demonstrated ability to work closely with hiring managers and deliver recruitment objectives. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and developing recruitment processes. Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and multiple sourcing channels.
