About the Role
At Moody's, we unite the brightest minds to turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities by fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be themselves, exchange ideas, and think innovatively. Moody’s is a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, advancing AI to move from insight to action—enabling intelligence that understands complexity and responds to it. We decode risk to unlock opportunity, helping clients navigate uncertainty with clarity, speed, and confidence.

The Methodology Review Group (MRG) is an independent review function within Credit Standard and Strategy (CSS), dedicated to upholding the integrity of our Credit Rating Methodologies. MRG’s responsibilities include reviewing and approving Credit Rating Methodologies and conducting sampled reviews of Credit Rating Actions and Periodic Review Assessments.

This 10-week summer internship provides a comprehensive view of Moody’s business and culture, offering opportunities to build professional and technical skills through networking, mentorship, leadership speaker series, and volunteer events. Interns contribute to meaningful project work aligned with real business priorities, gaining confidence and practical experience. Reporting to a Team Manager, this internally facing role allows interns to develop skills valuable for a future career while gaining exposure to diverse career paths and a broader understanding of the company.

We encourage candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Applications will be accepted from 12 - 26 October, and early application is encouraged to ensure full consideration.
