About the Role
As our next Multiskilled Night Team Member, you will be the 'face of IBIS Shoreditch', welcoming guests warmly during the night and ensuring their well-being throughout their stay. You will be responsible for managing the reception desk, processing night audits and nightly reports, and assisting security with building monitoring. You will support day team operations to maintain exceptional service 24/7. Your duties will include taking food and beverage orders, preparing and delivering them promptly, and performing F&B and bar tasks primarily, while also assisting at reception as needed. You will serve hot and cold beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and beer, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas, and take responsibility for your designated section. Maximizing sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling is essential, as is ensuring order accuracy by repeating orders to guests. This role offers a great career path into other areas of operations or finance within the Accor network.

Experience
Night audit and/or accounts experience is highly regarded but not essential. Experience in customer service and multitasking between reception and F&B is beneficial.
About you
A self-starter able to work unsupervised with a positive attitude and genuine customer service focus. You must be flexible to work 5 days a week on a rotation basis, including weekends. You are a fast-thinking, customer-focused problem solver with initiative, pride in delivering memorable guest experiences, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and possess a current work visa if applicable. Technical ability to process nightly audits of front office transactions is required. A can-do attitude and willingness to learn F&B service, including beverage preparation, is essential.
