Full Time - Night shifts, generally alternating between 8:45pm to 7:00am or 9:45pm to 8:00am, four days per week. Flexibility required for occasional day shifts to cover annual leave and sickness.

About the Role
Join Novotel London Blackfriars as a full-time Night Auditor and become the hotel’s overnight representative, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the night. Reporting to the Front Office Manager and working under the Night Manager’s direction, you will be responsible for conducting end-of-day financial audits, reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and maintaining accurate financial and operational reports. You will facilitate check-in and check-out processes during overnight hours, ensuring accuracy of room charges, payments, and guest information. Acting as the primary hotel contact overnight, you will assist guests with enquiries, reservations, and late-night arrivals or early departures, proactively resolving concerns to achieve positive outcomes. Additionally, you will monitor hotel safety and security systems in collaboration with the security team, respond to incidents or emergencies, and assist with the preparation or service of the night menu to meet guest requests. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional guest service.

Experience
Previous experience using a Property Management System is preferred (Opera Cloud desirable but not essential). Proven customer service experience is highly valued.
About you
Exceptional communication and time management skills with a friendly and warm personality. Immaculate grooming and presentation are essential. You must be able to work unsupervised, demonstrate initiative, and possess strong problem-solving skills. A proactive and resourceful approach with high accuracy and attention to detail is required.
Qualifications
Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory. No specific formal qualifications are required, but a commitment to excellent service and operational accuracy is essential.
