About the Role
Our mission at ibis London Excel is to create memorable moments for our guests by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell. As our next Night Auditor, you will be the ‘face of ibis London Excel’, extending a warm welcome to guests during the night and putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay. You will assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day. This role requires an autonomous and passionate individual dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services. You will undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure everyone in the hotel is safe and well looked after. Confident guest relations skills are essential, including receiving and recognising all guests, especially those requiring special attention. To support your success, you will be trained in all front of house functions and property safety. Understanding the guest perspective is key, and you will experience a one-night stay to gain firsthand insight into the guest experience.

Experience
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferable. Similar or equivalent customer service experience is preferred. Telephone and guest relations etiquette and skills are essential.

Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Confident and professional in guest relations. Autonomous, passionate, and dedicated to service quality and safety.
