About the Role
We are looking for a so-positive-it's-infectious Night Auditor to join us at The Hoxton, Holborn. Situated in a Grade II-listed building with a rich history, The Hoxton offers 220 bedrooms, the Apartment, and the foodie hotspot Rondo, all close to London’s premier shopping and entertainment districts. As Night Auditor, you ensure our guest experience never flags, even at night. You will treat guests as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way. Your responsibilities include managing guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all bills are accurate and transparent, collaborating with all teams to maintain busy operations, and assisting the Night Manager with overbooking levels. You will also answer phones, handle guest requests, and resolve any issues that arise during the night, acting as the one-stop-shop for our guests.

Experience
Previous hotel or similar experience is beneficial but not essential. We value eagerness to learn and will provide the necessary training.
