Key responsibilities include undertaking audiometry, spirometry, HAVs Tier 1 health assessments, blood pressure checks, and conducting drug and alcohol testing within the chain of custody framework. You will also manage employee occupational health records, ensuring they are updated in line with legislative requirements. This role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

This is an exciting time to join as Network Rail transitions to an in-house occupational health service model across 22 locations nationwide. You will contribute to shaping a new service that prioritises the health, safety, and wellbeing of our colleagues and the wider rail industry.
