As Operations Director, you will lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards. You will build positive, credible and collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders, continually develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition and empowerment, and create a culture of excellence focused on caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation. You will also be responsible for achieving critical business KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance targets.

Experience
Previous experience as an Operations Director or in a similar leadership role
Background in corporate hospitality
Experience within the contract catering sector
Proven ability to manage, train and support a team
Financially astute with strong analytical skills to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance

Qualifications
