Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, inspiring, collaborating and supporting your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
- Building positive, credible and collaborative relationships and communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders
- Continually developing your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
- Creating a culture of excellence focused on caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation
- Achieving business critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance

Experience
Previous experience as an Operations Director or in a similar leadership role
Background in corporate hospitality
Experience within the contract catering sector
Proven ability to manage, train, and support a team effectively
Financially astute with strong analytical skills to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance

Qualifications
Relevant leadership experience in hospitality or contract catering sectors preferred
Demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering business results
