About the Role
Here at BaxterStorey, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Operations Manager to develop and lead a team of Account and General Managers across the London region, delivering exceptional hospitality and catering services to our clients.
As Operations Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring world-class standards, operational efficiency, and financial delivery. You will work collaboratively with a passionate and talented team, empowering them with autonomy to shape their business direction with a shared vision of outstanding service delivery.

The successful Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of catering operations including planning, logistics, and execution, requiring excellent communication, organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximising team performance through positive leadership, support, and coaching
- Fostering a culture of continuous individual and team development and service improvement
- Achieving and improving all financial targets
- Ensuring compliance with all company and legislative Health & Safety requirements
- Identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to maximise them

- Maintaining strong client relationships and prompt service
- Mobilising and supporting new locations
- Conducting regular team meetings and communicating targets and information

Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations in the catering and hospitality industry
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Track record of driving innovation in food services and embracing new trends
