About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead delivery across a key social housing responsive maintenance contract in Lambeth. This critical leadership role involves managing day-to-day operations, driving performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will take full ownership of operational delivery across reactive maintenance works, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will lead operational teams, oversee performance, and collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of responsive maintenance works across the contract
- Oversee operational teams including supervisors, trades, and support functions
- Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently achieved
- Drive productivity, performance, and continuous improvement across all workstreams
- Manage budgets, resources, and programme delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and company standards
- Support and develop a high-performing, engaged workforce

Experience
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager within responsive maintenance
- Strong background in social housing
- Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced maintenance contracts
- Demonstrable experience leading and developing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Ability to drive performance and improve service delivery
- Full UK driving licence
