London Borough of Newham, with reporting offices in London (Stratford), Manchester (Trafford) and hybrid working (20% - 40% of contractual hours from reporting office/working location)

Starting from £48,691 per annum (London weighted salary) or £42,668 per annum (Regional salary)

About the Role
Join the Organisation Development & Change Team at L&Q and play a key role in shaping our people, leadership, and learning strategies. Reporting to the OD Manager, you will deliver an effective organisation development and learning strategy that meets the current and future needs of the business. You will work across the organisation partnering with leaders, HR colleagues, and transformation teams to identify capability needs, design impactful organisational development solutions, and deliver initiatives that enhance individual, team, and organisational performance.

You will lead and support organisation development projects, create engaging learning resources, coach leaders, manage external provider relationships, and measure the impact of development initiatives.

Experience
- Conducting learning needs analysis and translating concepts into practical solutions
- Procuring, delivering, and evaluating training interventions aligned to strategic objectives
- Proven consultancy and relationship management skills within OD/HR contexts
- Implementing large organisation development projects through full life cycle
- Strong facilitation skills enabling effective participant engagement
- Ability to self-manage a varied and demanding workload independently and collaboratively
About You
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with HR professionals, L&D/OD teams, and business stakeholders
- Constructive and professional communication skills to achieve agreed outcomes
- High energy and flexibility to manage workload and negotiate assistance when appropriate
Qualifications
- (Desirable) CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
- (Desirable) Coaching qualification and/or accreditation in psychometric tools such as Insights Discovery, MBTI, or Belbin
- (Desirable) Experience using assessment and development tools to build leadership and organisational capability
