About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of the most influential colleagues in Lloyds Banking Group, including People Directors, Group Executives and other business leaders, to enable a future-fit organisation. You will help craft the Group's operating model and organisation design and build pivotal initiatives that transform how we deliver for our customers, how our people work together, and how we make decisions.
In this role, you will shape the future by driving transformation through partnering with senior executives to solve organisational challenges and deliver groundbreaking change strategies. You will design innovative, future-fit target operating models considering structures, ways of working, governance, decision-making, skills and location.
You will analyse organisational, people and cost data to provide insights supporting strategies that improve organisational effectiveness and present bold recommendations that drive the Group’s purpose and strategy. As a trusted subject matter expert, you will advise on major change programmes, challenge senior colleagues constructively, and coach others in operating model and organisation design.
You will lead the implementation of operating model and organisation structure changes, overseeing project teams and ensuring designs align with Group Guardrails and deliver benefits. Additionally, you will bring external insights and thought leadership, maintaining toolkits and templates that support delivery and enable the business to better manage their own change.

Experience
- Leading organisational transformation initiatives with a detailed understanding of operating model and organisation design, either as a consultant or in industry
- Designing and delivering organisational health methodologies at scale, including organisational efficiency metrics, data analysis and modelling, with proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of strategic workforce planning, annual planning processes, project management tools and methodologies with a strong risk focus
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels within a matrix structure
- Commercially minded with strong business insight and ability to assess financial and cultural impacts of recommendations
- Self-starter able to operate well with ambiguity, take ownership for successful, high-quality delivery, and motivate colleagues
About you
- Collaborative and comfortable working with senior leaders to diagnose organisational needs and identify impactful solutions
- Trusted advisor with the ability to offer bold, constructive challenges and coach colleagues
- Innovative thinker who brings external insights and develops thought leadership
- Experience with scaled agile operating models and applying AI in organisational design or health contexts is highly desirable
- Previous experience in UK Financial Services is a plus but not essential; an 'outside-in' perspective is encouraged
