About the Role
Linklaters is a global law firm operating in 20 countries through 30 offices. We are seeking an experienced Paralegal/Support Lawyer to provide legal and transactional support across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. The successful candidate will work closely with lawyers and business stakeholders, assisting with contract management, corporate governance activities, and transactional support. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and assisting with negotiation of routine legal documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), engagement letters and consultancy agreements; supporting contract process management to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal procedures; assisting with corporate governance including coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing board packs, reviewing agendas, coordinating attendees, minute-taking and follow-up actions; maintaining statutory records, corporate documentation and governance trackers; providing legal and administrative support on corporate transactions and business initiatives; conducting legal research and due diligence; liaising with internal stakeholders, external counsel and advisers to ensure efficient progress; monitoring action points, deadlines and transaction workstreams; and contributing to template, precedent and process improvements within the legal team.

Linklaters engages with a third-party provider for contractor and temporary staff, so successful candidates will be engaged under a contract for services through this provider rather than directly employed by Linklaters.
