Working closely with lawyers, clients, financial institutions, issuers, trustees and other transaction parties, you will play a key role in managing transaction execution, coordinating documentation and driving deals through to closing. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in structured finance, debt capital markets, banking and finance, or other transactional practice areas who wish to develop their expertise within a market-leading team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation, review and management of structured finance transaction documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely completion
- Coordinate transaction processes across multiple stakeholders, managing key workstreams from inception through to signing and closing
- Support due diligence exercises by reviewing, organising and summarising transaction-related documentation and data
- Prepare and maintain transaction checklists, conditions precedent trackers, closing agendas and execution documents
- Coordinate signing and closing processes, ensuring correct execution of deal documentation and satisfaction of completion requirements
- Liaise with clients, arrangers, originators, trustees, rating agencies, financial institutions, listing authorities and other parties to facilitate smooth transaction progression
- Manage document execution, filing and post-completion requirements including transaction bibles and closing sets
- Monitor transaction timetables and provide regular updates to lawyers and clients on key milestones, risks, dependencies and next steps
- Support knowledge management initiatives and contribute to maintenance of transaction precedents and know-how materials within the SFG team

Requirements

Experience
- At least two years' experience as a Paralegal or Support Lawyer within a leading law firm or in-house legal team
- Exposure to structured finance, debt capital markets, banking and finance or related transactional practice areas
- Strong understanding of complex transaction processes, legal documentation and deal execution

About You
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with lawyers, clients, financial institutions and external advisers
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented with commitment to exceptional client service
- Able to work independently, exercise sound judgement and take ownership of matters from initiation through to completion
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis, attending the office in line with team and business requirements

Qualifications
- LPC, SQE, law degree or equivalent legal qualification (including foreign-qualified lawyers)
