About the Role

As a Part Time Evening Waiter, you will embody the brand mindset by behaving and acting in an exemplary fashion. You will welcome guests and provide a high standard of service in the Food & Beverage point of sale or meeting rooms, contributing to overall guest satisfaction through quality work and exemplary behaviour.

Your main responsibilities will include providing a friendly and personalised welcome, attentive service tailored to guest needs, and ensuring follow-up on guest remarks. You will prepare the point of sale and preparation areas, serve guests, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness after closing. Prior to each shift, you will familiarize yourself with dish composition and any shortages, organise your work according to guest numbers and events, and ensure equipment remains in good condition.

Additional duties include completing regular floor checks, clearing dirty trays, taking and processing guest orders over the deck phone, and cooperating closely with other departments such as kitchens, bars, lobby, and banquets. You will help increase customer loyalty through quality service, promote F&B and bar offers, and contribute to the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant and dining rooms.

You will also participate in meeting departmental targets by following procedures and internal audits, help manage crockery and appliances to avoid breakages, and may assist with inventories. Maintaining hygiene and safety standards is essential, including respecting HACCP regulations, safety guidelines for equipment, hotel security regulations, and environmental commitments such as energy saving and waste sorting.

Experience
At least 3 years' professional experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage service.

About you
Guest oriented, service minded with attention to quality. Sales acumen with a good level of general culture. Excellent presentation and a natural team leader. Well organised, autonomous, creative, and able to develop interpersonal skills and initiative.

Qualifications
Vocational degree in hospitality or Food & Beverage studies. Computer literate. Fluent in the national language and operational English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
