About the Role
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, used by millions of companies worldwide—from the largest enterprises to ambitious startups. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, offering you an unprecedented opportunity to impact the global economy while doing the most important work of your career.
The Global Alliances and Channels team focuses on building, supporting, and going to market with professional services firms including systems integrators, consultancies, and managed services providers such as Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, and Infosys. The team also leads go-to-market initiatives with strategic technology alliance partners like AWS, Salesforce, and Adobe.
The Strategic Global Alliances team manages a subset of our highest priority partnerships operating at global scale, creating significant sales pipeline, joint solutions, and scaled delivery expertise.
As a Partner Development Manager, you will support the success of Stripe's Global Alliance with Accenture and other key GSIs in EMEA by driving joint go-to-market and co-sell efforts. You will collaborate closely with the Accenture Global Partner Development Manager and other GSI PDMs to generate net new demand across key EMEA markets. This fast-paced, highly visible role is aligned to quarterly metrics and requires a holistic view of the business generated by and engaged with Accenture and other partners.
You will work cross-functionally with Partner Sales Managers, Partner Development Leadership, and Stripe Account Executives to enhance and grow partner-related Stripe revenue. Your role includes recognizing high-impact opportunities, supporting deals, maintaining business hygiene, and driving end-customer value that results in growth for both Stripe and its partners. You will serve as a leader and advocate for partners within Stripe and represent Stripe within partner organizations.
