About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ is among the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services for people in south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. We are looking to recruit a Patient Pathway Manager within our International and Private Patients Service at the Evelina London Children's Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced commercial service that delivers income for re-investment in NHS services. The post holder will provide comprehensive, efficient, and quality operational leadership to patient pathways, ensuring that all treatment elements are coordinated in a professional manner in line with private healthcare expectations. This role does not involve any people/staff management; it is strictly the admin management of patient pathways.

Experience
Essential: Strong level of Admin experience.
Desirable: Experience in Private Healthcare.

About you
Demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised whilst under pressure from competing demands. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Strong leadership skills, capable of handling several tasks across different departments without compromising quality. Excellent prioritisation skills under pressure, with the ability to pivot between different tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Essential: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
Desirable: An understanding of Arabic culture/language.
