About the Role
Are you passionate about helping people improve their financial wellbeing and build brighter futures? Our Financial Inclusion Team is central to this mission, and we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Support Assistant to help deliver this vital service.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Financial Inclusion Specialists, ensuring residents receive timely and effective assistance. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team with correspondence, appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and minute taking. You will work closely with colleagues, residents, and external organisations to support casework activities, maintain accurate electronic case files and document management systems, update client records on AdvicePro and other databases, and record financial outcomes and service performance data. Additionally, you will attend drop-in sessions and ensure customer records are accurately maintained.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, has great attention to detail, and wants to be part of a team making a genuine difference in people’s lives every day.

You are adaptable to business requirements and flexible to work onsite as needed.
