About the Role
We are seeking a focused and proactive Performance Partner for Leakage to join our Operational Excellence team at Thames Water. You will play a pivotal role in tracking operational performance, identifying root causes of underperformance, and driving improvements in outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Head of Leakage, you will support performance analysis and management through regional and area meetings. Your day-to-day tasks will vary based on business needs and require a proactive and tenacious approach to problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with Water Operations leaders to drive improvement while maintaining standardisation benefits of a centralised team
- Providing clear performance insights, highlighting risks and opportunities to inform regional decision-making
- Monitoring and reporting on regional KPIs including productivity, health & safety, compliance, performance commitments, and financial performance
- Supporting preparation of materials for performance meetings and driving continuous improvement and standardisation
- Investigating underperformance by diagnosing root causes using data and operational insight and recommending actions
- Prioritising improvement initiatives by working with subject matter experts to assess trade-offs
- Delivering quick wins and identifying opportunities for longer-term projects with the Continuous Improvement team

Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel
- Experience interpreting complex data and presenting clear insights
- Confident stakeholder engagement and relationship building at all levels
