About the Role
Join Thames Water as a Night Network Service Technician, playing a key role in maintaining and resolving issues within our clean water network to ensure minimal disruption to customer supply across the North London area. This varied, field-based role combines customer service, technical problem-solving, and network maintenance. You will be the face of Thames Water to many customers, assisting with issues ranging from pressure problems to emergency repairs.
Your responsibilities will include operating and isolating water mains for planned or emergency works, owning and resolving customer queries and complaints, supporting project work and leakage detection activities, investigating and resolving network performance issues, and ensuring compliance with health & safety and water quality standards.
Experience
- Strong customer service experience in a dynamic environment.
- Plumbing, water mains, or leakage experience is advantageous.

- IT literate with good time management skills.
- Willingness to drive between jobs and work within a rota system.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
