About the Role
Brent's Inclusion service is seeking a dedicated Post-16 Skills and Resource Manager to join our team. Brent is a vibrant London borough known for its rich cultural diversity and dynamic community. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance Brent's Post-16 offer for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). You will work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and organisations to shape and deliver a skills-based programme, with a particular focus on the new Welsh Harp skills and horticultural centre, scheduled for completion in January 2027. This role requires creativity, independence, and strong communication skills to ensure the offer aligns with the needs and aspirations of the community.

Experience
Significant experience supporting young people with SEND as they prepare for adulthood is essential. Experience in delivering and developing skills-based programmes, particularly in horticulture and countryside management, is highly desirable.

You will be a confident and effective communicator, able to work independently and creatively. You should be passionate about developing inclusive opportunities that meet community needs and be comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or demonstrable experience in SEND support, skills development, or related fields are preferred but not explicitly stated as mandatory.
