About the Role
Are you an experienced Construction and MEP Pre-Construction or Bid Manager who enjoys bringing people together to shape clear, compelling and work-winning proposals? Do you thrive in environments where collaboration, curiosity and thoughtful challenge lead to better outcomes? If so, this could be a great next step.
In this role, you will lead all elements of the bid process including capture planning, solution development, quality response, commercial/pricing, and presentations from early engagement through to final submission. Rather than simply coordinating documents, you will help shape the narrative: What matters most to the client? What is the clearest way to explain our methodology? How do we ensure commercial, operational and technical inputs tell one joined-up story?
You will work closely with colleagues across the business to bring clarity, structure and direction to each bid, ensuring every aspect is thought through and aligned to a robust win strategy. The role offers the opportunity to lead bids across the UK and requires someone who is organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable shaping ideas with a variety of stakeholders.
If you enjoy asking thoughtful questions, creating clarity where there is complexity, and helping teams put their best foot forward, this role could be the right fit.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary & profit share scheme
- Flexible working
- Car Allowance / Company Car (subject to Role/Grade)
- Travel expenses covered to any of our sites (subject to HMRC advisory rates)
- Extensive corporate benefits including Private Medical, Pension with 6% employer contribution, Health and Wellness programme, 26 days holidays plus bank holidays and much more
- Excellent learning and development opportunities to support your career progression
- Industry leading family leave benefits including 26 weeks fully paid maternity leave and 12 weeks fully paid paternity leave
