Our Capital Programmes Advisory capability supports some of the UK's largest organisations in designing, mobilising, and delivering complex capital investment programmes. We help clients make better investment decisions, establish effective governance, strengthen delivery capability, and realise value from major programmes and portfolios.

This role involves leading workstreams or small-to-medium sized commissions, providing strategic advice, developing innovative solutions, building trusted client relationships, and managing teams. You will contribute to business development, commercial performance, and promote collaboration across Business Advisory and the wider Arcadis business to deliver integrated client solutions.

Experience
- Proven track record advising clients or leading complex capital programmes and major transformations
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: capital programme governance and assurance, programme mobilisation and setup, operating model design, delivery strategy and delivery vehicle assessment, PMO, controls and reporting framework design, independent assurance and gateway reviews, programme recovery and optimisation, portfolio prioritisation and investment decision-making, business case development (SOBC, OBC, FBC), benefits management and value realisation, strategic risk and assurance management, financial modelling, investment appraisal and scenario modelling
- Experience in one or more of these sectors is desirable: Transport, Water & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing & Technology, Real Estate & Development

- Comfortable leading workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement with executive-level audiences
- Skilled in managing and coaching Consultants and Senior Consultants

Qualifications
- Background may include management consulting (Big-4, Strategy, Boutique firms), engineering, cost & commercial consultancy, programme/project management, or client-side roles with transferable skills
- Strong intellect and ability to demonstrate that Arcadis has the right solutions to clients’ most pressing issues
