About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ is among the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services for people in south London. The Principal Trainer vacancies will be allocated within existing 'Squads' covering a number of Epic applications. Successful candidates will lead the analysis, design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation of cross-organisational digital training solutions for both clinical and non-clinical staff. The post holder will ensure that users are supported to adopt new technologies and workflows that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Experience
Experience as Principal/Senior Trainer (preferably NHS) with the ability to provide specialist knowledge to other specialists/trainers. Experience in delivering training one to one and/or to large groups, and working with multidisciplinary staff groups.

About you
Ability to present information and deliver training to senior staff. Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to lead meetings, prioritise tasks, and resolve conflict.

Qualifications
Degree in a relevant subject or professional experience. Epic Certificate in at least one Application. Teaching Certificate or experience in delivering training to adult learners within a hospital setting.
