About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ is among the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services for people in south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. The Private In-Patients Service Manager will support the Deputy General Manager in providing high-level leadership and organization to ensure that all operational processes are developed and implemented to support the private patient service. This role involves line management of inpatient managers, international referral teams, and overseeing financial management protocols to ensure compliance with Trust policies.

Requirements

Experience
A minimum of four years private patient experience in an NHS or private hospital setting.

About you
Strong organizational ability and leadership skills are essential. You should be able to analyze and make judgments on a wide range of general management subjects, including finance, HR, quality, and environment.

Qualifications
A degree or equivalent professional academic qualification is required.
