We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Reservations Co-Ordinator to join our International and Private Patients Women’s Health team. This role supports the private gynaecology service at Wimpole Street and the Westminster Maternity Suite at St Thomas’ Hospital. As the first point of contact for patients, you will provide a welcoming and professional service, coordinating patient care from initial enquiry through to appointments and admissions.

You will work closely with clinical and administrative colleagues to deliver an efficient service and excellent patient experience. The role involves managing patient enquiries, coordinating outpatient appointments and admissions, liaising with insurers, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting clinic coordination and reporting.

The position requires a sensitive, patient-focused approach and the ability to handle confidential information professionally. You will contribute to a professional and welcoming service for UK and international patients, reflecting the Trust’s values of putting patients first, respecting others, taking pride in work, striving to be the best, and acting with integrity.

Experience
- Significant proven experience delivering high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume customer care environment.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or customer service within NHS or private patient units is desirable.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively with multi-disciplinary staff.
- Ability to use own initiative and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in women's health is desirable.

Qualifications
- Good general education with English and Maths to GCSE standard or equivalent, or evidence of equivalent work experience.
- Customer service qualification or training is desirable.
