About the Role
Lead, inspire, and make a lasting impact by joining Brent’s Specialist Homelessness Service. As the Private Sector Initiatives and Projects Team Leader, you will manage a team responsible for increasing the supply of affordable accommodation for homeless households and processing contract payments to suppliers. You will provide effective procurement and contract management of commissioned services.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, your responsibilities will include overseeing the procurement of accommodation, ensuring quality and compliance with legal and health and safety standards, managing budgets related to property procurement to ensure best value and financial efficiency, and ensuring compliance with homelessness legislation. You will foster a flexible, person-centred approach recognizing the unique needs of each household.

Experience
