About the Role
Join Mace’s Consultancy Procurement and Supply Chain business, a global team delivering procurement expertise across public and private sectors. You will lead and oversee procurement activities for world-leading organisations, specialising in the Healthcare sector. Your role will involve managing end-to-end procurement exercises including prequalification management, drafting tender documents, tender issuance and management via approved online portals such as ProContract, and supporting evaluation processes. You will also assist in developing procurement strategies and provide client advisory services on procurement and supply chain processes and policies. Additionally, you will support project reporting requirements including briefing notes as necessary. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most exciting projects while developing your skills and career within Mace’s inclusive and values-driven environment.

Experience
- Full membership or studying towards membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Management
- Good understanding of public procurement regulations and practices
- Experience in prequalification, tender management, and evaluation processes
- Good presentational skills with the ability to present complex data succinctly

About you
- Willingness to learn and apply yourself to a process-oriented procurement delivery plan
- Strong client focus and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
- Alignment with Mace’s values including safety, integrity, and creating opportunity
- Having BPSS or SC Clearance is beneficial but not essential
