About the Role
Join Mace's Consultancy Procurement and Supply Chain business, operating across five global hubs, and lead procurement activities for world-leading organisations in the public and private sectors. You will assist in managing and delivering end-to-end procurement exercises including prequalification management, drafting tender documents, tender issuance and management via approved online portals such as ProContract, and supporting the evaluation process. You will also contribute to the development of procurement strategies and provide client advisory services on procurement and supply chain processes and policies. Additionally, you will support project reporting requirements by preparing briefing notes and other documentation as necessary. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most exciting infrastructure projects within Rail, Aviation, or Utilities sectors while developing your skills and career with Mace. Our core offices include London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, and Winchester. Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within Rail, Aviation, or Utilities sectors is highly desirable. Experience in prequalification and tender management processes and evaluation is essential. Familiarity with public procurement regulations and practices is required.

About you
You are a proactive and process-oriented professional with strong presentational skills, able to communicate complex data succinctly. You are willing to learn and apply yourself to structured procurement delivery plans. Full membership or active study towards Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Management qualifications is expected. Holding BPSS or SC Clearance would be beneficial. You value safety, integrity, client focus, and continuous improvement, aligning with Mace’s core values.

Qualifications
Full membership or studying for membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Management or equivalent professional procurement qualification.
