About the Role

As a Procurement Manager, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders and leaders, working with your team on specific workstreams and initiatives to deliver on time and to expectation, meeting targets and KPIs. You will supervise daily team activities, ensuring achievement of agreed objectives, and coordinate activities across the team while providing support. Your role will also involve due diligence, company and market understanding, and driving value through process, performance, and commercial activities. You will contribute collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, sharing responsibility for proactively identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Experience
Proven experience in procurement within construction or related markets. Demonstrated ability in relationship management and team supervision. Knowledge of due diligence processes and commercial activity management.

About you
Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and influence with excellent relationship-building capabilities. Familiarity with construction and market knowledge. Ability to work collaboratively towards sustainability goals, including net zero carbon transition.

Qualifications
CIPS qualification underway. GCSE (or equivalent) and A level (or equivalent) qualifications required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
