About the Role
As a Product Manager for Sourcing Engineering in our Product-led organisation, you’ll play a key role in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your Agile Release Train (ART). You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business and empower your teams to deliver value every increment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and thrives in a cross-functional, agile environment.

Your responsibilities will include defining and communicating the ART’s product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with portfolio priorities and customer needs. You will work closely with business owners, customers, and other stakeholders to understand market dynamics and translate them into actionable features for the team. Managing and prioritizing the ART Program Backlog, ensuring features are clear, well-defined, and ready for implementation by Agile teams will be key.

You will participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning by presenting roadmap, vision, and priorities, and be hands-on during the planning and execution process. Guiding teams on feature scope, collaborating on tradeoff decisions, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives are essential aspects of the role. You will serve as the voice of the customer within the ART and regularly engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback.

Using metrics and insights, you will monitor value delivery, measure outcomes, and pivot direction as needed. Close collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and Solution Architects will ensure smooth execution. You will champion SAFe principles, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration within the ART.

Experience
5+ years’ experience in product management, preferably in an Agile/SAFe environment. Proven track record delivering software or technology products; experience working in a technical domain is a strong advantage. Demonstrated success managing product roadmaps, writing user stories, and collaborating effectively with development teams.

Qualifications
Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or equivalent experience is preferred.
