As a Project Controller, you will deliver distinct elements of projects or contribute to the delivery of overall programmes of work. You will be accountable for monitoring and escalating project management KPIs and performance metrics, communicating project process compliance issues, and ensuring timely and accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. You will collaborate with project teams on national and international projects ranging from small to very large scale, spanning sectors such as Defence & Central Government, industrial, manufacturing, and technology.

Experience
Relevant business experience, including supporting large and complex projects. Proven ability to work within established financial procedures and monitor project information to identify anomalies. Experience liaising with peers and senior colleagues to build and maintain relationships.
About you
Commercially aware with strong organisational understanding. Logical thinker able to coordinate multi-faceted aspects of projects. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal stakeholders. Able to take a proactive role in monitoring and improving project management processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in relevant software and systems including AWPM and EVM. Ability to analyse data and trends to support decision making and provide recommendations. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
