We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to play a pivotal role in driving supply chain excellence across major construction and infrastructure projects within a major aviation programme environment. You will work closely with commercial, procurement, and project delivery teams to ensure suppliers consistently meet expectations for safety, quality, programme, cost, and sustainability.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the development and delivery of supply chain strategies across major capital programmes, building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic suppliers, managing supplier performance and relationship management activities, monitoring supplier risks and due diligence, supporting supplier reviews and performance reporting, conducting market analysis, and driving improvements that enhance supplier performance, compliance, innovation, and value.

Experience
Significant experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Commercial Management within major infrastructure or construction programmes. Proven track record in managing supplier performance, supplier relationships, and supplier risk. Experience working within large-scale capital projects and operational environments is advantageous. Knowledge of contract management and supplier management systems such as Power BI, CEMAR, or similar tools.

Qualifications
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or holding an equivalent professional qualification. Professional accreditation such as MCIPS, MRICS, or similar is desirable.
