You’ll be responsible for managing safe, high-quality and compliant delivery, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and strong PMO and Project Controls standards. You will shape and implement effective PMO and Project Controls strategies while strengthening service excellence and industry engagement. Managing project teams across cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting, you will support long-term strategic development. You will mentor teams, share best practice, and support resourcing to enable people and projects to excel.

Additional responsibilities include managing PMO and Project Controls delivery, ensuring effective frameworks, baseline management and robust governance across assigned commissions. You will provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting while maintaining strong client relationships. Managing and developing PMO and Project Controls teams, supporting integration with Planning disciplines, driving compliance, mitigating risks and supporting net-zero objectives throughout project delivery are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

Experience
Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent) with strong ongoing development. Extensive delivery-phase experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes. Strong commercial, financial and senior-stakeholder management capability. Proven leadership of diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability considerations.

Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Adaptable to flexible working arrangements and committed to continuous improvement.
