About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. The postholder will work under the direction of the Head of Reporting, leading the development of future-state reporting across the programme, including Power BI capability and increased automation of reporting processes. The role will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust, data-driven reporting framework and performance management regime, working closely with the Systems and Digital team to embed automated, consistent, and scalable reporting standards across the Programme.

You will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the programme’s reporting framework and performance management, aligned to the PMO reporting and performance management plan. This includes driving the development of future-state reporting, including Power BI solutions, with a focus on automation, data integration, and reducing manual reporting effort. You will work closely with the Systems and Digital team to define and deliver reporting and performance management requirements within system solutions, ensuring alignment with the wider digital strategy.

The role involves managing cross-Programme engagement such as Task and Finish Groups to ensure consistent reporting standards and alignment across the project. You will oversee the transition to new reporting arrangements, ensuring seamless implementation through effective change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and initial quality assurance. The reporting and performance management frameworks will cover all aspects of the Programme, including delivery, enabling projects, and benefits realisation, aligned to stakeholder and governance requirements.

Promoting a data-driven reporting culture, you will deliver clear, accurate, and insight-led outputs that provide a single source of truth for decision-makers. You will address data consolidation challenges through the design and implementation of standardised templates, automated processes, and consistent data structures to ensure timely, aligned, and high-quality information across the Programme.
