About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Delivery Manager to join the Harris Federation in a newly created role supporting the School Led Network (SLN). The SLN is a national partnership led by the Harris Federation alongside the Harris Leadership College, NETSP, Newcastle University, Outwood Institute of Education, and the Star Institute. Together, these organisations share a vision of a national school-led system fostering professional learning within and between schools to drive school improvement and enable all pupils to exceed expectations.
Working closely with the Harris Leadership College, a professional development hub, you will manage the day-to-day delivery and support of the SLN programme of National Professional Qualifications (NPQs). This role involves project management across multiple SLN workstreams, including contract management and oversight of the SLN’s Digital Platform (Learning Management System). You will engage regularly with Harris Federation colleagues and external stakeholders, including multiple SLN delivery providers and partners.
The role offers either a fixed-term contract or a permanent position, with flexible and hybrid working options available. You will also provide line management to the Digital Learning Support Officer.
The Harris Leadership College leads the SLN and is committed to enabling schools, MATs, and Teaching School Hubs to access high-quality, school-led NPQ provision. The NPQ programmes are designed and delivered by leaders from some of the UK’s most successful schools and trusts, aiming to raise standards and improve outcomes for young people nationwide.
Professional development and training will be a fundamental part of this role, supporting your growth and success within the organisation.
