About the Role
Customer Program Management (CPM) is a global function within Customer Implementation and Services responsible for ensuring that customer-impacting projects including major upgrades, migrations, and displacements are delivered consistently, efficiently, and with a strong customer experience. As Project Manager, you will independently lead medium-scale projects from initiation through closure, ensuring agreed outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and within the agreed scope. You will manage defined governance models and standards, partner with project sponsors and stakeholders including clients to agree project objectives, milestones, and success criteria. Your role includes identifying, assessing, managing, and escalating project risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities, providing regular, structured status reporting to keep partners informed of progress, risks, and decisions required, and representing the project in various governance forums. You will work closely with delivery teams and key internal partners, driving client engagement and collaborating across Customer Implementation, Sales & Account Management, and Product Teams.

Experience
Proven experience delivering or supporting projects using standard project management methodologies and governance. Hands-on use of project plans, RAID logs, governance packs, and status reports. Experience in presenting project updates, risks, and progress to internal partners and, where appropriate, to customers. Familiarity with internal systems such as Siebel, Salesforce, and CPQ, with the ability to extract and interpret data for reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with the ability to understand client and internal stakeholder objectives and expectations. Structured and timely escalation management of risks, issues, and incidents. Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality, ensuring project documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date. Demonstrates LSEG values including effective cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
Qualifications
Relevant project management qualifications or certifications are desirable but not mandatory. A career stage of Senior Associate or equivalent experience is expected.
