About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. We are working with a number of NHS Trusts in London and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead at both project and programme level on behalf of Trusts' capital delivery schemes. You will be responsible for monitoring and tracking programme finances and assisting client leads in managing programme budgets. Acting as a key liaison between client internal teams, you will manage supplier performance and outputs. You will develop and maintain key programme processes and governance, including change management, risk management, derogations management, document control, and approval processes. Additionally, you will formulate and present formal governance papers and progress reports to client boards and committees, and oversee approval of key documents such as designs and RAMS. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a focus on sustainability in decision making.

Experience
Proven project management experience across UK healthcare programmes is essential. Experience working on projects within the UK healthcare sector is required.
About you
You will have strong skills in budget control, communication, and stakeholder leadership. You demonstrate commercial acumen and make sustainability-focused decisions. You are able to lead delivery-phase management effectively and work collaboratively with clients and suppliers.
Qualifications
Professional accreditation such as RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent development is required.
