We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the South London Office of Specialised Services (SLOSS) team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a programme that supports the development of high quality, integrated care across South London. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and support initiatives to ensure patients have equitable, timely, and local access to clinically sustainable and financially viable services.

The role will initially focus on the Blood Borne Virus (BBV) programme, including delivery of the Emergency Department Opt-Out Testing programme and management of the South London HIV Network. The post holder will drive transformation initiatives aimed at improving early diagnosis, reducing health inequalities, strengthening care pathways, and improving outcomes for people living with HIV, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C.

This is a fixed-term secondment post available until March 2028, hosted by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust with accountability to SLOSS, Southeast and Southwest London Integrated Care Boards, and NHS England.

Experience
- Educated to masters level or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
- Experience working in health inequalities.

Desirable Experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the changing NHS environment, strategy, and policy agendas.
- Experience engaging with communities who have experienced health inequalities.

Knowledge
- Excellent understanding and track record of successful change and project management.

Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written, oral, presentation, facilitation), networking and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to consistently deliver performance targets and write complex business cases, policies, and change.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and delegate effectively.
- IT literate, including competency in MS Office programmes, particularly Excel and MS Project.
- Commitment to partnership working, inclusion of a diverse workforce, and service integration.

About You
You will be a motivated and experienced project manager with significant influencing and persuasion skills to engage a wide range of teams and stakeholders. You will be able to work across multiple organisations and navigate complex environments to advance high-quality healthcare initiatives focused on improving patient experience, quality, and value for money.
