About the Role
The AI era is being built here at Microsoft AI (MAI), where our mission is to use AI responsibly to empower everyone. Join us as a Recruiting Coordinator supporting the Microsoft AI Recruiting team across EMEA. This role places you at the center of a fast-evolving landscape, helping to shape the candidate experience for top AI talent across multiple countries and time zones. You will manage complex, high-volume interview scheduling, partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, and ensure a seamless, engaging hiring process for senior researchers, engineers, and scientists. This position offers the opportunity to build expertise in frontier AI and research hiring, collaborate with senior technical leaders, and grow within the talent acquisition profession. You will also support onsite and travel logistics, uphold compliance with data privacy regulations including UK GDPR, and continuously improve recruiting workflows and tools to increase team efficiency. The role is based in London with a hybrid working pattern.
Experience
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative roles with high-volume interview scheduling, preferably in the tech space.
- Experience supporting recruiting in technology, AI labs, or research environments, particularly technical or research hiring.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating interviews across EMEA markets and multiple time zones, including candidate travel and immigration support.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and research terminology.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments, managing competing priorities and implementing efficient workflows.
- Experience improving coordination processes or tooling, including automation or AI assistants.
- Ability to work from the London office three days per week.
