As a Solution Area Specialist, you will lead Microsoft's AI Workforce strategy for our upper major accounts by discovering and qualifying new leads and driving consumption with new and existing customers. Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

You will learn how Microsoft's 3-cloud-platform enables digital transformation and support team members on digital transformation opportunities by applying established processes. You will convert leads from Marketing into opportunities, apply Microsoft's sales process to qualify opportunities, and collaborate with One Commercial Partner (OCP) and other partners to cross-sell and up-sell products, solutions, and services. You will participate in internal technical community discussions, complete required training, and obtain relevant product and role certifications.

You will also learn about direct competitors and collaborate with global black belts to execute strategies that position Microsoft favorably. Working with senior team members, you will manage the pipeline and support portfolio and territory planning. Throughout, you will embody Microsoft’s culture and values.
