We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our award-winning Recruitment Team. This role is pivotal in supporting the onboarding process of new employees, including pre-employment checks. You will be the face of the Trust when attending assessment centres or conducting ID checks, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards, having achieved the second best “Time to Hire” across London NHS Trusts. The role involves supporting recruitment campaigns to ensure a reliable, effective, and responsive recruitment and selection service, adhering to Trust policies and best practices.

Experience
- Experience working within customer services or an office environment
- Experience providing administrative support for recruitment activities within a fast-paced, highly visible support service
- Experience using ESR (HR and Payroll) and TRAC recruitment systems is desirable

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in customer service or administration
- Good keyboard skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Working understanding of relevant recruitment and employment legislation
