38.5 hours per week, shift pattern alternating between days and nights:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (7:30am to 8:00pm and 7:30pm to 8:00am)
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (7:30am to 8:00pm and 7:30pm to 8:00am)

About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our specialist Tier 4 New Dawn Ward at Cygnet Hospital Ealing. This 9-bed ward provides treatment, care, and support for women with personality disorders who are ready to engage in therapy. Cygnet Hospital Ealing offers a welcoming, non-institutional environment with personalised treatment for service users with eating disorders or personality disorders across two wards.
In this role, you will produce detailed nursing assessments and reports, work closely with the management team to develop the service, participate in audits, and contribute to quality improvement. You will attend all training and engage in continuous professional development to enhance your nursing knowledge. Under NMC guidelines, you will ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained collaboratively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals. You will also administer medicines in line with healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines.

Experience
- Experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) with a current NMC Pin Number
- Ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
- Good understanding of the latest nursing practices
- Commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk
